Peter J. Marcelli, CIC, Chairman
A graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in Accounting, Pete co-founded Atlantic Risk Management in 1981. Previously, he served as Bond Manager in the regional office of a major surety company, and held the title of Vice President at a prominent Maryland insurance agency. Pete has been awarded his CIC designation by the society of Certified Insurance Counselors and is one of the firm's Senior Partners.

Bradley T. Senn, CEO
A graduate of the University of Maryland’s School of Business, Brad began his surety/insurance career with Reliance Surety Company in 1973. He joined Atlantic Risk Management in 1983 as Insurance Manager and was appointed President in 1988, becoming a partner that same year. Brad has earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation and currently serves as the firm’s CEO.

Mary Ann Marbury, CIC, President
Upon graduating from American University in Washington, D.C. with a degree in Economics, Mary Ann began her Surety/Insurance career with Reliance Surety Company in 1976. She became the Bond Manager of Atlantic Risk Management in 1986 and earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1995. Mary Ann is a Senior Partner and currently serves as president of the firm.

P. Michael Evans, CIC, Executive Vice President
Mike joined Atlantic Risk Management in 1989 and was promoted to Vice President in 1991. Mike earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1992. A partner in the firm, Mike’s specialized expertise is in the area of Property/Casualty and Workers Compensation coverage, with a focus on serving the construction industry.

Lawrence M. Gordon, CLU, ChFC, Executive Vice President
Larry has 30 years of experience in the insurance business. He joined Atlantic Risk Management in 1991 and launched the Group Benefits and Financial Services Departments. A partner in the firm, Larry has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations, as well as becoming a Series 6 Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative.

Julie A. O'Connor, CIC, Executive Vice President

David J. Saul, AAI, Executive Vice President
David is a partner of the firm, and joined Atlantic Risk Management Corporation in 1994 as an Account Manager. He was promoted to Vice President in 2003 and presently oversees the Telecommunications Insurance Department. David earned the Accredited Advisor in Insurance designation in 1993.

Michael A. Walter, CPCU, Executive Vice President
Mike has more than 25 years’ experience in the Surety/Insurance industry, including two decades as an underwriter with USF&G and St. Paul Surety, where he rose to the position of Assistant Vice President. He became an agent with Atlantic Risk Management in May of 2001 and is a partner in the firm. Mike earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation in 1992.

Chris has over 15 years’ experience in the Employee Benefits arena. Before joining Atlantic Risk Management, Chris worked as a group sales representative for Standard Insurance Company. In 2000, he earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation. He also holds a Series 7 general securities license and is a Registered Representative. Chris was the top graduate in his class at University of South Carolina’s College of Business Administration where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1993.
